Our Graphic Designer and Web Content Coordinator designs Company marketing materials and is responsible for the design and maintenance of the Company’s website.
This position requires an undergraduate degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience, plus minimum 3 years graphic design experience.

Essential Functions
Graphic Design
- With Company-affiliated studio heads and stylists, create logos and branding concepts for upcoming fabric lines.
- In close concert with internal staff and fabric designers, formulates concepts and overall design of marketing materials, including individual sample cards, cap sets, layouts, booklets and brochures.
- Design digital advertisements.
- Organize and upload digital images of upcoming fabric releases.
- Create and assemble marketing binder for sales representatives.
- Design and format quilt patterns for upcoming collections.
- Color corrects digital images and life style photos.
Website and Social Media
- Develops web content and keeps the Company website(s) current.
- Able to create content for Company Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts.
- In close concert with internal sales and marketing staff and fabric designers, generates scheduled email blasts.
Other
- Protects the corporate brand.
- Assist Marketing department with PowerPoint presentations.
Competencies
- Talent for graphic design.
- Communication proficiency, including the ability to clearly converse and write in English.
- Advanced knowledge Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to use Constant Contact to create and distribute email blasts.
- Proficiency with web site design, search engines, and content management.
- Basic photography skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
- Project management skills
- Be self-motivated and reliable, flexible, creative and team-oriented..
- Communication proficiency, including outstanding English verbal and writing skills, able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
